How to get from the airport to the apartment, and how long does it take?

The best option is to go by train there are 2 options however:

CAT to Wien Mitte (16 minutes), than the S-Bahn 1 stop back to Rennweg, then 5 minutes walking
S-Bahn takes 7 stops – roughly 25 minutes – to Rennweg, then 5 minutes walking
ÖBB Railjet from the airport to Wien Hauptbahnhof (aka main station)

We suggest to take the S-Bahn. It is fast, convenient, and cheap with € 4,20 one way.
After entering the Arrivals hall from the baggage claim area, turn left for the ÖBB to Vienna. Go down to level 1 and follow the signs.

Here you'll find the S-Bahn timetable for both directions plus info on additional means of transportation.
If you prefer you can however take a taxi. The taxi stand is in front of the Arrivals hall. Please use the exit on the left-hand side (see image above). It's roughly 35,-to 40,- EUR.

We also can arrange for a taxi transfer beforehand. It costs between 30,- to 40,- EUR. You'll be picked up right after leaving the arrival hall from a driver who holds a sheet of paper with your name printed. A detailed overview of public transport from the airport to Vienna.

Where can I buy food on Sundays and holidays?

There are two (Turkish) shops on Fasangasse which are open all days. At Wien Mitte there is an Interspar Pronto which has open 365 days a year. It's only one stop away from Rennweg. Take any train on the right track. Apart from this you'll find a shopping mall there too.

Do you offer a cleaning service during a long term stay?

We can arrange for a professional service. Unfortunately it's not included in your fee and costs extra.

Is smoking permitted?

NO! But there is a courtyard – 5 meters away – with ashtrays.

Arriving with a car

In almost 95% of Vienna parking is metered. As a non-resident you are only permitted to park for 2 hours in a row (except for weekends). BUT the good news is: there is a garage right around the corner at 1030 Wien, Mohsgasse 30-32. Our guests park their cars there for roughly EUR 20.-/day.
You just go there. Please check in advance for availability.
Even better news: there's a Park & Ride facility nearby, it's €5/day and €20/week
